Sandy enjoys her new role at the Shamrock, and has learned a lot about running a business. She can be seen chatting with customers and says the best part is meeting all of her customers.

A 40 year Shamrock veteran, Jerry knows every aspect of our business, especially crafting perfect pizza. An avid gardener, Jerry creates and cares for our beautiful flower planters each spring & summer.

John is a great bartender, wonderful bar manager and a good friend. He is also Father-of-the-Year to his children Abby, Wyatt and Deacon. His friendly nature make him a pleasure to work with and customer favorite.

A recent addition to Team Shamrock, Evan runs a clean and efficient kitchen. His pizzas are tasty and inspired, and we are very fortunate to have someone so dedicated in our kitchen. Welcome aboard Evan!
